Notes

In order to properly install terabyte hard drives into the hot-swappable bays, a slight modification to the trays needs to be made. There are two vertical metal bars separating two of the bays, and with terabyte hard drives, these bars prevent the drives from being removed smoothly. To fix this issue, the metal bars can be pinched with a pair of pliers. To get to the metal bars, the hard drive brackets and the faceplate of the case needs to be removed. This will provide just enough room for the hard drives to be inserted and removed smoothly.

Proprietary PCI riser card is required. No external access to PCI card.
