The slimline CD/DVD and notebook HDD mounting tray has an integrated slimline CD to IDE adapter and integrated notebook HDD to IDE converter. This tray is a single unit that connects directly to the optical drive and hard drive and then plugs directly into the mainboard—no additional adapters or cables are needed. This tray is incompatible with the VIA EPIA CN series mainboards. To use these mainboards, a slimline CD to IDE adapter and notebook HDD 40- to 44-pin IDE cable must be purchased separately.
This case requires previous experience in assembling computer systems. Not recommended for novice users. Installation of the mainboard with a heat sink/heat pipe combination required.
This case is incompatible with flash modules/drives. Use a CompactFlash card if a flash solution is required.
